At Bleacher House, each item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom-produced when an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect item

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing & Ordering

Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. Please review the product's sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
